Susan July sent us a knit blanket and an apron. She wanted them turned into Angel dolls for herself and her sisters. She wanted the Angels to be strong and Fierce.
Making angels from these to items was a big challenge but I was pleased with the way they turned out.
“The angel dolls came yesterday and they are perfect. I really like the size of them; not too small at all. I’m really looking forward to giving them as Christmas presents. Thanks so much.” Susan J July
Jessica Varuolo wanted some of her wedding dress fabrics turning into an angel tree topper. Since I like to make custom dolls as a hobby, this was a challenge that I enjoyed taking on and was pleased with the outcome.
Jessica’s WD was covered in organza layers so I kind of did a miniature version of her wedding dress with some creative liberty in order to make it work in the angel. The wings are wired so they can be posed.
THANK YOU! Fairy Godmother Creations Facebook Page just hit 10,000 likes! We are so excited to be able to share heirloom creations with everyone and are really looking forward to a creative 2015!
Molly Earl wanted a number of items made from her wedding dress for the holiday season. Her order came in a little later so we had to hustle to get these done in time for Christmas.
We made a Christmas tree skirt, a tree topper angel, a ring pillow and a garter.
Diana Silhan sent her wedding dress to have a christening outfit made for her daughter. She also had some accessories made from the remnants including a Christmas tree topper angel, a couple of pocket squares and a communion tie.
We’ve had a lot of fun making Christmas tree toppers from people’s wedding dress remnants. Chere Becker had us take some of her dress remnants and make this angel.
